Hello friends wishing you all a HappyMakar Sakranti. Pardon, who is Mr. Makar and why you wishing me on his Sakranti,I bet you must be thinking the same way, please don’t doubt. I mean this. Inever ever wish anyone before for “Makar Sakranti “. No I am not Mr. Late. Idon’t wish anyone because I simply don’t have any satisfying reason. Yes a satisfyingreason for celebration. I mean the occasion which was meant to be celebrated,which truly brings back your child like cosmic smile & other Kodak momentsfrom your wardrobe.

The technical reason behind theMakar Sakranti, which was taught to us by our bujurg dada dadi, was actually very straight forward - we should celebratebecause Sun on this very day enters into Makar Rashi (zodiac sign). So, it wasa holy moment and has to be followed by sacred bath. All this seems like aquadratic equation.

But we, as youngsters in city,simply not able to connect ourselves neither with the Sun nor with sacred bath.You will surely find yourself as a laughing stock if you call someone at midnight (as we used to do on New Year, Diwali etc.) & say Hey Pal, HappyMakar Sakranti, come on let’s throw a party, see Sun after so much delay finallyentering into Makar Rashi. You know what it means? i.e. our future is really goingto change very soon.

Do you really thing it will work?NO. “Makar Sakranti” by its typical Hindi Accent announces itself as a festivalwhich is meant only for priests and other holy man.

But yesterday, I came to knowabout one more thought regarding the celebration. The picture above created byme is based on the inputs taken from the article of Swami Tejomayaranda inyesterday newspaper. Sorry I forget the name of newspaper. But, we can reachhim through his website http://www.chinmayamission.org/.

He interprets Makar as a Sanskritword which stands for Crocodile and Sakranti means turning or completerevolution. The crocodile here symbolizes the worldly attachments that areholding us in their firm grip. So to remind us or in the words of Swami to turnthe crocodile we should celebrate Makar Sakranti. The reason seems to be morelogical. Leave one bad habit today or if cant leave restrict it. We cancelebrate the day as No Smoking Day or Dry Day or No Adultery this weekend. Itake an oath that I will apply all those things which I just created in thepicture.

I find this reason a moreunderstandable & practical one and that’s why I am daring to wish you allagain HAPPY MAKAR SAKRANTI.

Theyear 2011 was a sure shot year of hope. Yes “hope”, the word seems to be lightbut has hidden ability to recreate the thunders inside an underdog. As after practicingdiet in 2009 & 2010 I finally got the chance to see (eating not allowed yet)curry this year. It did start with an unexpected failure but got cured soonwith an equally unexpected remedy. I did faced few of the troublesome thingslike Home Shifting. The experience was really very bad. But, it helps me to unmask few closed ones. Somehow it did initiate a trend of loosening ties. Is that irreversible? Can't say.

Ha..ha…now some serious talks about girls of course how can I deny this fact? Withevery passing second its getting really very difficult for me to maintain myvirginity. I am under oath for not todrink, eating non vegetarian & adultery relations. So I have no right toflirt too. At least 2 or 3 girls rejected me this year. But last year it was 4.So how many said yes till – a damn none. Never mind its improving. I wish it will soon be turned zero. Few days back a very good blogger friend of my Vijay commented on my blog post that your posts are making my grey cells to put more effort to understand life and I answered i have many queries, my blog posts are just my confusions, which only a Guru (teacher) can solve.

Fire is always regards as a converter for turning the impious objects into the pious one. So one should always purify himself through the sacred walk in the fire of knowledge. The knowledge which cannot be gained without the due guidance of Teacher (the Guru).

Many Gurus played many role in my life, as mentioned in my last year blog post on Guru Purnima. These days its Sri Chanakya whose teachings really cleared many cobwebs of my mind. No need to give much details. Read his book and learn how to move with the life.

At the end i want to wish Happy Guru Purnima to four people. Out of four two are the guides viz. Meeru and Anju. Other two my Gurus Virgi & Pitaji. I knew that myself not able to walk as you prescribed but wish one day i be able to do such. Ending with the strong desire to lead the life beneath your lotus feet.

Every youngster in any part of this world did had a thought every other day on the complex draconian myth or you can call it a custom of Virginity. Loosing of which will bring you in the lime light among peers, increases your self confidence while standing in front of mirror & obviously a regret free life of being a man . Fear of having a black spot of being dishonest hides somewhere. The naughty thought of loosing the V gets aired timely by movies, social pressure of marring late, item girls and shows like Sack Ka Samna, Emotional Atyachar etc. All such stuff helps us to get rid of the thought being dishonest.

The similar type of judgement do apply on the corruption too. Why we take bribe from Mr. A on Monday & return it back to Mr. B on Saturday? Will it make any sense?Yes, it do. It makes us enjoy the black money from Tuesday to Friday. As it was the black money so we use it in lavish manner in luxurious products and obviously in charity to console the heart and secure the future. Scams like 2G, Commonwealth games, Adarsh society helps the professional bribers like us in playing the musical chair of corruption. But remember one day music will stop.

I was 18 when i bribe the college librarian to get rid of fine. I was around 20 when i bribe the transport authority to get license without giving my driving skills test. I was 22 when i bribe the Traffic Constable as i jumped the red light. In every case two thing is common firstly my mistake and secondly my own personal monetary benefit. Bribe is an excuse & nothing else. I am learning to pay the fine. I wish you too.

Lokpal Policy (if successful) will help in gunning down the big players. But day to day corruption can be solved only by pumping the blood of ethical virginity.

None can loose the virginity or give bribe to himself. For both we need a dishonest partner like us only

A Dirty US tap is leaking and stupid crows like India and Pakistan are fighting for their respective sip.

The day before wikileaks exposes US policies, i was viewing video of Mr. Kuldeep Nayyar titled India in 2025. Its a five part series where he talk about South Asian countries and the US policies. I am providing the link for part 1. The footage is titled India in 2025 .
US is a world power. We learn a lot from them. They define the modern democracy. They laid the standards of present day secular and multi cultural society. We as Indians too look forward to them. Not just we all the weak counties of the world take US shelter in case every natural or man made calamities. Yes, US do have a fatherly figure.

But fortunately now their image is on a full swing change. They are now approaching themselves only as a business man who's main concern is looking for just bucks. We saw them running for oil in past and now for markets in emerging economies. They never cares for other country sentiments and simple ready to do anything in any part of the world on the name of terrorism.

These Wikileaks exposes will surely help us i.e. the general public (aawam) to understand their policies better. As the diplomats already knows about it.
This Hindi verse suits them in present context of their relation with India. I love to see more and more sorry figures in US. Love to see more such exposes which make the US on back foot while playing with India.

One advice for South Asian friends too. Europe or US never want us to be close. They never want us to build European Union type structure. Please take India as your ultimate friend.

US is ahead of us in technology. So we should take every possible advantage of it. Do not look US as a strategic partner.

Suppose Mr. A a beggar lives in your locality. One day he begs for one slice of bread & you happily give him two. Next day he demands for a shirt clothing & you again full heartedly offer him a safari suit. Now what, Mr. A's food search is over (for today) & body is covered (for now); but the mind is unrest as he is worried about the future.He is going through a visionary problem & swinging between present, tomorrow & day after tomorrow. He wants to gain all these himself. But how?

Well the answer is very simple through a respectful job (like you). But what are the perquisites he need for a good job. He need quality education (at lower cost), good social status & all other basic infrastructure.

He will surely now will not satisfy with just food & clothes. He needs infrastructure from you and the problem arises; as you do not have all such voluminous mammoths.

As a result he will not respect you anymore.

So how to regain that respect or satisfaction?

STOP HIM ON THE FIRST LEVEL

LET HIM BE IN THE QUEST OF FOOD & CLOTH

Today - Movie Raavan, Pizza at Grillz, Hair cut

The day was great with a dear friend Pawan. He call me around 11:45 a.m. to arrange for the movie tickets. I without taking shower simply took the keys of mo-bike & move towards the near by Vishal Cinema hall. I bought two matinée show tickets lower stall (Say no to balcony - austerity drive, it saved Rs. 60/-) of Rs. 70/- each. It all takes approx. 45 mins as i do not have the cash & the ticket counter does not accept Debit card. So i have to rush for the ATM. One thing is really good in Vishal Cinema that parking staff is really good. If you come just to buy the tickets. They will not charge a single penny. I truly like that. From the movie hall, i simple De-route myself & directly went to Saloon for a shave, before coming back home. We met at around 2:35 p.m.for the movie.

The movie Raavan was truly boring. Abhishek Bachhan is useless in the movie. Looks like Saif Ali Khan in Omkara (Langda Tyagi) & trying to overact. He is only good for silent roles. More he speak more he get exposed. Aish is good in the movie. Her acting is good but the chemistry between the hero of movie Chiyaan' Vikram who played husband of Aishwarya was badly shown.. May be Mani Ratnam wants to promote Aish & Abhi. Govinda name in the movie is Sanjivni. His role is comic. He was shown like a monkey Hanuman but i never saw such a Fat monkey. I think Rajpal Yadav is better option. Still he did his work honestly. Ravi Kishan role is too hilarious. But still better to switch over to next movie.

After that we went to TDI mall. Have some snacks at Grillz. Details given in the picture.

Then we attack Tilak Nagar. He was eager to purchase Sun Glasses. After wandering for half an hour at 3 different shops, he finally got the glasses at 4th shop & we bargain well. Saved Rs. 100/-. Its a good fully air conditioned shop still the deeds just like a Pheri wala.

Now its my turn, i purchased a Shaving Razer from Big Apple.

Then we stop at mobile shop. He want to activate Pay Per Second Plan. It costs Rs. 28/- but we do not have change. Plastic money works.

Our last destination of the day is King Men Parlour. Pawan want a decent (full of attitude) hair cut. So i advice him to go to my Barber Dilshad. He agreed. It too half an hour & Rs. 35/- to get a cool cut. Pawan dont like much. I think he is over ambitious & over conscious over hair style. I think Pawan its better to move to other body parts. Sorry for taking your video without your permission.

Tej asked me to come with him & helping him in appearing the Bank Clerk Examination (on Sunday i.e. today)

I was excited for that. I was eager to help him in the exams but just in reading the question paper or ticking the answer

But the pious feeling did not last long.

Because for that i have to produce false identity, fake documents; as i am over qualified for the job

I try to console him that its wrong but still i said Yes may be due to emotions

I do not know the exact qualification required. But now he is taking his cousin who is in VIII standard to help him

Finally at the last moment yesterday (Saturday) the plan was cancelled

I do not know. Then who knows. Again i don't know. Firstly i love to introduce myself again astrologically to all.

Myself Himanshu. Dynasty Arora. But the second name is Guglani. Born in Kark lagan. Zodiac sign by name Cancer & by birth date Libra. In our Hindu culture, we often have Namkaran ceremony. In my case too i just hope that pandit ji must took significant time for some hard astronomical calculations to arrive at the conclusion that the boy name must start with letter H. Actually its a belief too that right alphabet as per the respective planetary position is responsible for mental & physical vigor which finally results in enhancing your name, fame, wealth etc. In fact the whole numerology is too based on the same myth. Thats why you see K word in Roshans & Ekra kapoor productions.

Himanshu, its a Hindi word. It means Moon. The moon is symbolic of coolness i.e. I am cool just kidding. The moon work is to give breeze of coolness to the surrounding and other meaning of it is Friend of Night raat ka sathi. The night stands for problems. All Himanshu's are Friend of Problems.

Are people having similar name have similar nature too?

Lets see. I shared my schooling with two more Himanshu. One Himanshu is very stinky. His nose was constantly flowing and no one likes him as he is stinky too. The other Himanshu was senior one. We shared almost same height. We both stood first in the queue for years in the assembly prayer. So are we alike?

In the college, there were 3 Himanshu, including me. Different Face cuts but similar height. Gestures and body language too have few similarities as all are soft spoken guys. The major difference was seeded by the law of inheritance viz. money. One Himanshu came by car, other one on mo-bike & third one on Bus. One is bit athletic and other one fatty and the third one a very soft guy. The soft one was most popular among the girls. But we have a good friendship. Always have some common topics to share. And our grades too are almost same. Sare nalayako ka naam Himanshu to nahi hota?

In the job there was one more Himanshu with me. I am senior to him. We are in different departments. I in Audit and the other one in Tax. Both are dear to their bosses. He is Baniya and i Punjabi. Law of inheritance again played a crucial role in distinguishing the personality of both tither in dressing or in conveyance. Verbal language command is the key for both. But the mediums (oral & written) are different. Both have the ability but one highlights it and other one hides it.

Now, these days too I am in touch with Himanshu. He is 3 years younger than me. We met on orkut Depression Community. I full hearty take interest in talking to depressed guys and trying to help them.. I in the case of this Himanshu i feels that whatever was happened in my life is happening in his case.

Well talk about any phase of life we were always surrounded by the people like us. Some build envy due to this as they hates the similarity or they do not want to go in their past but some too becomes an informal leader & take self imposed responsibility to help others & make them march together.

But few like me too who do nothing except writing a stupid blog post.

A Vow

Yesterday, I received a phone call from "Soni" my friend. She is asking for a favor.No not for arranging movie tickets nor class notes. Just for a Doctor. Her father was diagnosed with Cancer. But its yet to be certified by the test reports. Her family wants to keep his father in dark till the test reports. Her father is getting weak day by day.They want to get his test done in AIIMS. So she is asking me for links with Cancer wing in AIIMS. But i do not have any such in the Cancer wing. Yes i do have with Ortho and Neuro as i himself was a patient few years ago. I feel sorry for being in the state of helplessness.

But now what? What can a true friend do except sending sandwiches full of sympathy through cell phone and i am not an exception. I send her a text message that "Not to worry every thing will be fine, now cancer is not a life threatening disease. Its curable.I will pray that your father be healthy soon"

Did i truly meant that? Is cancer just like a viral infection. Few tablets & gone. Is really nothing to worry? Am i a pious person? Certainly not. Then how can i promise to her that if i pray then her father will be healthy. I do not know why i said that. As we are so spontaneous in sending sympathy messages that hardly we stop to scrutinize it first.

The message refresh my memories of the movie Guide. The book "Guide" was written by R.K.Narayan. In the particular scene of the movie "Guide" Dev Anand was trying to convince the villagers that do not trust him as he was not a saint but just a sinner & a prisoner. But the villagers had blind faith on him and insist him to perform a Fast for rain.

The blind faith of near ones prepares him to go through a tug of war with his own charioteer (his intelligence) for cross perusal of the belief that how can it rain if i perform a pooja or fast? and his own horses (the senses) that how will i live without eating food or drinking water it did not rain?

He did satisfy all at the end and perform the fast and finally drought was relaxed.

There were some bad harsh moments in my life too when i cried, weep for help but none came. I still curse, when i am angry, the people who denies and too, when feeling good, bless them .But one thing is clear that i hate "No". I am under a vow that none will go empty hand from my home and for that no one can stop me to run for that infinite demand.

But sometimes I hate being Just Himanshu and not Sai Baba or Mother Teresa. If Dev Anand can do then why cant I?

Adventurous Trip to Hill Top Village

Last week I with my friend Tej went for an adventurous trip to an interior village Okhla in the Hills of Uttrakhand. It is basically in the district Teri Gadhwal of Uttrakhand. Actually I did get inspired by the movie “The Beach”. The movie was somewhere backing of my mind. The destination was unknown to me but it was my friend Tej Hometown village Okhla near by small city Chamma which is at a 3 hour drive from Rishikesh.

The trip was planned 4 months ago. It’s not easy for me to convince the parents especially mother. As they knew that I know Tej only for past 4 months and he is visually disabled. Going out on holidays with a physically handicap person is not an easy decision; sorry but it is a bitter truth. Although it’s me who first made the proposal for trip and he give his implied approval on the very first day but still I not sure till the last day. As his body language did confuse me. Is that his normal gesture? I still do not know. Well all well that ends well. Everything went as planned.

Tej was unable to pour water in the glass. As his short sight is very poor. But still how he manages to climb a mountain still a mystery for me? He is a true man.

Now I just illustrate the blue print of our journey. The Sri Ganesh of our tour is from Kashmiri Gate ISBT. We firstly board the bus for Rishikesh.then for Chamma (a small city from where we can get bus for near by villages) and finally to village Okhla his hometown. It took approx 15 hrs from Delhi to reach there. We used bus, jeep, boat and finally walk approx 6 kms. to reach the final destination.

Actually Chamma is on the top of one side of a mountain and village Okhla is on the other side. And the two mountains separated by a Jheel. When the dam was build a jheel was formed between the two mountains viz. Bhaliyanda Jheel. The local’s residents there made hue and cry against the dam due to less compensation. But everything is vain. As there is no fly over between the two mountains (it is under construction). One has to move in V shape. Firstly hunt for the peak i.e. to Chamma from Rishikesh.and then to Downside Lake and again to top towards the village. It’s a V shape journey.

The culture above the sea level is quite different from the sea level. On a 3 day tour I did notice some changes and some did surprise me.

You must have seen passengers in buses yelling at driver when he stops unnecessarily to take savari. But here I noticed a different scene. After waiting for at least half an hour the steamer came and after it covered approx 50 feet’s God knows how the driver and some of the passengers saw a lady coming from the hill top coming towards the steamer. How he & others were so sure that she is exactly edging for the steamer ride? She neither shouts for the ride nor waves the hand to stop and she is at clear distance. May be she is a regular commuter or his relative. After that we returned back to the source port station and wait for another 5 minutes for that lady. Waiting was not a surprise but none of the passenger complaints. It was a surprise for me. May be none is in hurry or the pleasant atmosphere is responsible for it. I vote for the latter one.

One more exciting things in the hilly areas is that you can have bird eye view of the downside villages if you reside on the top of the mountain. Just like looking in your neighbor’s home from the balcony. Of course taking interest in the other’s private affair is quite a fun sometimes and the enjoyment doubles at the time of marriages or celebrations. As we can have a spicy idea of dresses, songs & others like girls. There are at most 25 houses in a village. Sound of dhol, lights is centre of attraction for all the distant villages at that time.

I did get many lessons of simple mathematics while traveling in the Hills. Firstly never ask for how much time will it take to cover the distance without mentioning the mode of transport. As answer varies substantially. Private car takes half the time then a public transport. As tourists generally hire their own cars and we used public transport. In this confusion one of our trips to a temple was scrapped. When I asked a local commuter for the distance to a near by temple, the reply is 6 kms. I thought it will take maximum half an hour just like moving from Tilak Nagar to Moti Nagar. But the fact is there is no concrete road there and we have to walk for 6 kms on pagdandi. It took nearly 3 hours to reach there and I luckily I am carrying the luggage too great na..

While planning for an interior location one must take the leaves from office consciously. Kilometers may mislead you. The time taken from near by central location to the village may be same or more than the hours taken from your hometown to central location. It took 7 hours to reach Rishikesh and nearly 8 hours from Rishikesh to the village Okhla. But the distance is surely less than half.

I love decorating the room walls. But using old calendar as posters for decorating the room walls is I don’t think I will ever prefer. All the room walls covered with filthy, awful past year calendars. On my friend’s room wall I found calendars beginning from 2005 but the current year, me not able to trace. I feel sorry for the guy who wants to see the see the current date.

One of the things which really hurt me is that there is water shortage. No taps in toilets and wash room. Hilly people make full use of rain water. They collect all the water in a drum and use it in toilet. Really great experience. Here I hate Indian toilets but there I have to manage water too in a typical Indian toilet. It looks filthy only first time after that you enjoy it. No aqua guard, no filters. Just take water from Hand pump and drink. No refrigerators required and no A.C too. Savings man.

I reside in my friend home. All the cuisine were home grown and home made. But I do get surprised to see only one vegetable in the lunch and one in dinner and the same repeated in breakfast. And chapattis without ghee and butter. Here when a guest came whole dining table occupied with dishes we usually make one dal, two or three vegetable, pickle, salad, rice, sweets, drinks etc. I not blaming the hospitality. I think it truly signifies their simplicity. Few chilies, one onion and dal-bhat take care for your hunger whole day.

Cooking of extra chapattis due to wrong estimate is a daily affair. But instead of using them in next meal we either feed it to cows or beggars or sparrows. But in village they prefer it for next meal. Punjabis prefer garam garam tave se utri roti. Puru thi hui roti straight no. I personally want to avoid it due to fear of stomach ache. But still I ate. I don’t want to complaint and thank god every thing went well. May be the home grown wheat is responsible for it.

The cow dung was rubbed on the muddy floor. It is anti toxicant, a mosquito reveler and restricts foul smell. I know that but at the end it’s a cow shit how will I convince myself?

The word Gadi. As Punjabi use Gaddi for motor car. We hardly use it for mo-bike but here everything is Gadi.

Open bathrooms is bit scary in an unknown atmosphere. I love to spend substantial amount of time in the wash room. Simply dancing, listening music, making different stupid posses ya why not? Why to hurry? While traveling I don’t like to carry wet undergarments so I prefer bathing nude. But due to open bathrooms I have to wear undergarments. And again have to wait for it to dry. But still it’s a different world and I love that.

Very few know that Hilly people don’t like bathing much. The friend with me doesn’t brush his teeth for 3 days. I want to slap him for that. But I satisfy myself with few abuses and convert our double bed into two singles. So that to avoid the bad breadth.

Local language Gadwali is different from Hindi except few words. Sometimes I did find it bit harsh like Haryanvi except the word Bhai Ji. They use Badee for old women. It seems like Budii as they overstretch e. And pad gaya word is used for sleeping. Here we use pad gaya for either non living objects or drunk guys.

There days are so packed that they hardly got any time for entertainment. No snack food, not much craze for movies, no general knowledge as only few newspapers which generally cover only the stupid state news. Cable TV, DVDs popularity is also very low at least in the village Okhla where I stayed.

Women are more laborious then men. In the trip I don’t saw a single man working in farms. Only ladies. Well it shows by there zero size figure, strong knees and backbone. But the after effect is that due to hard physical labor a 55 year old look like 85.

Hill Stations are the heaven. As temperature is rising day by day. Hill Stations popularity will grow.

The day start in a depressing mood as my exams are over day before yesterday. And have none to commensurate the event. Actually out of few regrets in the life i have, one is that i have none to which i call a companion, a permanent friend. to whom i can trust, similar choices. Well my friend Tej met with an accident
As not able to see at night
While crossing road in a busy street a Mo Bike hits him hard
And i met him yesterday although it was not recommended as its was totally on my study cost
But thank fully he is not injured much
I advice him to wear jacket for Blinds at night time
It was strange that he even dont know about that
Thats the main problem even the blind people dont know about the products available in market for them

Volunteering in Blind School

The exams of kids of Blind school are going on.

They started on March 14 and be over on March 22.

And i am on leave these days due to their exams. Thats why dont have much to write

But a very funny incident did happen last time.

Actually I am just telling the kids that Human Body has 206 bones.

Then one elder kid "Junaid" replies Sir Ji but a new born has more than 300. I reply in Yes.

After that "Aman" too replies Sir Ji it means i have somewhere in between 206 and 300.

Well what can i say at that time. I say no you have 206.

Then he again replies Sir Ji and what about Gopi - Did he too has 206?

Actually "Gopi" is youngest in the class and may be around 3 yrs old and i am a commerce student.

I just remain silent and want to change the topic.

But "Junaid" replies I know he has more than 300.

Well the whole class start doing woooooooo he has 300 bones. Dont ever fight with him.

Somehow i manage to control my laugh at that time.

I really cant forget this incident in my whole life.

Thank you Shefali and Jesus for giving me an opportunity to stay with such a kids.

Overcoming Weakness

Today i spent my evening with a very nice guy Tej Pal (on left the only person in the pic who is smiling)

He is a teacher in Blind School
And visually impaired
He cant see at night or dark
And in examination center he needs a Helper so as to write the answers
But Just look at his Smile and the glow on his face
You cant even judge that 10 years ago he is normal and can see like us
But due to an unfortunate accident he lost sight but due to 2 or 3 eye operation he can see but still not enough
I met him outside the blind school
He needs lift and i politely (without knowing he is visually impaired or he is actually from blind school) allow him to park his butts on my mobike
From that day we got a nice understanding
He offers me Music classes (of course which i am looking for after my exams)
And we too planning to go to his hometown on a hill station
I really got charged and our talks are very nice about the Future of Blind Kids & about Hills
I am looking ahead for some nice plans for Blind Kids
I am intentionaly not disclosing them till i not able to know its feasible or not
And truly looking for many good evenings with him

I am intentionally not writing the post on blind school. Usually i wrote when i face some & then i apply some & when it get solved. I conclude it & write here.But these days ................

Kids are really testing me well. Its a combination of things that working against me:-

My own exams are just 2 months away
Health is not good
Kids strength got doubled in the class
And two kids Ajit & Abhijeet was so naughty that they are expelled twice in the past due to bad behavior.And they dont understand Hindi much They can see well but i suppose their parents are blind. I really dont know how to handle them
Teachers are pressurizing me to get strict in the class (indirectly slapping kids), which i not able to do that.

I sometimes wonder what exactly goes in the mind of a PAPER SETTER when he is actually composing the paper. Exactly kon sa kida. What moves him to compose confusing questions which made you stunned and trance? I know the answer More the students fail; more he paid.

Its a three level strategy

Level I - Confuse the kids with the intent of question? Just like a Gorilla war. So that a student got awed and cannot guess what's exactly happening here? Ye kaha aa gaye ham.
Level II - Now he moves with the strategy He will peacefully divide the question in various parts & inter link them so that student who misinterpret the first case will automatically gets failed in others too.It saves the time of paper checker as he dont have to bother to read ahead. Just cross the whole & move to next. Short cut Samajhta nahi ha yar.
Level III - Attack. Dushman (students) ko ghero (it should be bethaue) & shoot

I wonder if Dronacharya exists today in the damn age of Kali, dog eat dog & rat race world..

How exactly will he ask Pandavs & Kauravs to hit the bird eye?

All questions are compulsory and carry equal marks.

Q Write the name of a thing which inhales carbohydrates and exhale oxygen?

Whole Kauravs skip this and return their answer sheet.

Q Name the creature who is warm blooded and the above mentioned thing is his home?

Nakul & sahdev answers Draupadi & failed. Well actually they dont read the whole question just read "warm" & answer.

Yudhishtra actually goes in depth and answer "aatma (soul)" instead of eyes.Actually examiner intent was to confuse him with good & bad word. And he succeeds.

Q Now take your bow & hit the above body part?

Bhima forget his bow & arrow at home. So he not able to attempt this.

Well Arjuna reach the last question but as he pick the bow, the bell rang and time over. Due to slow handwriting, besides knowing everything he cant able to attempt last question.

This week in blind school was full of absenteeism. I not able to give them much time. Sorry Kids.

But the day i attended was full of experiences.

I slap a Kid. Well i strictly hate slapping. But Junaid make me loose my patience as he hit a younger kid half of his age and make him cry. And i want to return to him the pain of same level. That day i really feel bad but next day i feel a change not in Junaid as expected but in the small kids they become very friendly with me and these elder ones become a revenger. I am just keeping an eye on future. I really want to give Junaid a lesson but without swanking but how?
Why we need Gundas in class? Like Kiraye ke gunde works in elections for booth capturing etc. On similar grounds in a class room teachers intentionally give authority to Big tall Kids, so as to mind others but most of the time it was misused for their own. Kids are not responsible in fact teachers are responsible. They should correct that.

Teaching is full of experiences as you become a good student after becoming a teacher. At least i start doing my Homework on time.

Whenever you recover from a bad past and force yourself to enter into a new life or make your eyes to act like a binoculars or telescope, so as to make them see the glorious future first before the rough present.

The day with kids are going fine. I am exploring myself with them with every passing day.
Working as an volunteer is really good as you have total freedom to decide what to taught.
Thats the best part of my day with kids. I feel unfortunate that i cannot give them full day.
Class I also joins in few times in past week and they too feel good with me. And they request to teach them too. I suppose they love stories very much.

Well i am not praising myself. But now the nursery class is more intelligent than I std. They knows more words.

Question Session - Kids are now moving on the right track. They start questioning without any fear or shy. Even Devi. And Parmeet he is so fluent once he ask "sir ji chalak ka matlab bura hota ha ya acha". I am wicked what to answer because in the story it was used as good.Even Vijay " sir ji samjhane ko kya kahate ha, shimla mirch ko kya kahte ha."

English Learning - Teaching general English is funny actually. As

Abuses they are so spontaneous comes that we hardly takes time to go for its literal meaning

Just like

MC/ BC without getting in detail and picturing what you exactly want to do with someone mother or sister?

How many times you call a Rickshaw wala a Bihari, in a day?

May be he is from Jharkhand or Orissa or UP or any other part of the country but did we really ask his State origin first. Naaaaaaa.

Bihari is the modern synonym of a:

poor
thin
black skin guy
wearing torn & dirty clothes
tobacco or bidi
Yellow teeth & others

The most uncultured person in the society is Bihari. Is in it?. So we use it as an abuse. Ofcourse who minds it?

Once me and my friend going on Rickshaw. After giving his due i said "Thanks to him". My friend give me a stupid meaning less smile and said "he is a bihari and thats his job". I really cant get it is he a Bihari that's why he don't deserve a thanks or thanks should be only given when job is done free of cost.

Now about Sardar Ji Jokes.
How many times you laugh on a Santa Banta Joke in a day?

I remember one of my friend Shikha who is not in this world now cracking a real incident to me.
A bell rings and her father asked to look who's that? Then she said One Man and One Sardar Ji. Her father asked is Sardar ji not man. She sont mean that but Turban give the Sardar Ji a seperate identity.

Same type incident happened with my Sikh friend in the office. He is an easy pray. as all ready made data to make fun of them (sikh) is available in the market. Sincere thanks to Santa Banta jokes.

My Sikh friend was harassed by a Do Take Ki office receptionist. She is yelling on him and uses religious symbloics. And he cant react to it at that time. May be he is futuristic about th job. So when he told me the incident i personally advice him to wait for the next time she teases you. So Wahe Guru give him one more chance the again Do Take Ki Receptionist did the same mistake. And this time he does "Chance Par Dance (Bhangra)". And go straight to the Partner and complaint that she is making religious comments. And this time he wons, he gain sympathy of top management and other staff also starting talking more polite.If you are at correct side you will win.

I am proud of my Sikh friend that besides risk of loosing job, he manage to fight back in a professional way and at the right time.Timing is important in professional fight.

Today is Solar Eclipse ( Surya Grahan).

Its nothing wrong in respecting Sun more as a God than an ordinary planet.

Every religion has its own beliefs which were tried and tested since ages

So praying Sun God its totally matter of belief. I am supporter of it. and its our fundamental right.

We respect the deity through offering like coconut, flowers, coal, joe etc by pouring it into the river.

I really dont the exact reason for it but dont suppose that they are causing any irreversible or permanent harm to the nature. As all are biodegradable

Blockage is a concern due to using poly bags. Its the side effect of it &

Government should made suitable healthy arrangements for such type of things like a

particular place at the border of the city or
within the city and after that filter the water because such practices followed generally whole year &

fines if one uses other than the specified place

My day starts with them. Every day is multiplying in Geometric Progression in terms of happiness with them.

Champak Van

Remember the comic book "Champak". I start with it today. Kids like it but it is very difficult for me to make them understand animated characters:-

Chiku Khargosh "Chiku Rabbit". They understand the rabbit but who is chiku.
Hathi Dada " Sir Ji Is Hathi Dada Ji? and then
Ashok Van "Ashok Forest". The kids know someone namely Ashok. So they start yelling "Sir ji Ashok to yahi ha".

Its creates a scene in the class.

English Chains

I try to build chains just interlinking various things together.

Khargosh to Rabbit to Gajar to Carrot to Lal to Red

So 3 words in a single line.

Quiz Game

The kids who are regular in the class can now beat anyone. From parts of the body to animal name to general words The kids who are not regular is really feeling very inferior in the class. So now i try to loosen the rules of games for gaining equality and make the kids comfortable.

Favorite Student Back

Gopi back in the class. Its really feel good to see him back. I suppose within a week he will on the level of other kids.

Hand Wash After Mutra Visarjan. Why?

I ask Gopi Do you wash your hands after toilet? He innocently says No Sir Ji Kuch Laga Hi Nahi Ha.

So i just ask him to do it next time. Actually he is back after nearly a month so feeling hard to memorise where is the door. It really feels bad to see him moving in wrong direction.

Jokes In The Class

First time i try for it. And Kids like it very much. The "Gappi Joke". Eh Gappi Khata mere Goa mein.........
But most of the jokes gone above their head and most imporatant thing i am feeling hard to stop my laughter while telling Jokes.Bad Very Bad.

Emotional Day In Blind School

I really dont know what to say at this.

There was a very naughty student in the class Vijay who yells in class, make comment & teases name etc.

And totally disturb the momentum of whole class

But today he is Silent

He came in the class after 15 days and just sit in a corner with no moments nothing. Just like a vegetable

You know why

because now he is deaf now. HE CANT HEAR

Why God? Why a small kid who cant see & now cant even hear.
I am very angry with you Jesus.

Take the eyes of N D Tiwari and take the ears of Dawood Ibrahim. But why Vijay?

He is 6 yrs old just
